THE MERGER BETWEEN THE MEN'S, WOMEN'S & YOUTH ASSOCIATIONS IS UNDERWAY!

Dear League Bowler:

The Monmouth County Men's, Women's and Youth Associations will be merging into one new organization. In order to accomplish this we need to hold an open meeting open to all members of each of the men, women and youth organizations. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on a set of new by-laws, elect new officers, directors and a youth committee. A new budget will also need to be approved for our members.

Anyone wishing to run for a position on the Board of Directors or Youth committee must submit a resume by July 25, 2008. Send resumes to the address or fax number below. A copy of the resume, proposed by-laws and proposed ballot are available below.

The meeting will be held at Howell Lanes on Route 9 South, Howell, NJ. The date of the meeting will be Sunday July 27, 2008 at 10am.

Thank you for bowling with us and please try and make this a priority as it affects every Monmouth County bowler's future.

YOUNGEST BOWLER IN NJ TO ACHIEVE 300 GAME

Kenny Ryan Jr is the youngest bowler in NJ on record to have bowled a 300 game at the age of 12 years and 4 days. His achievement happened at Shore Lanes in Monmouth County in the Youth League on Saturday, May 10, 2008.
