TOURNAMENT RULES AND FORMAT

1. This is a five-member team event. A bowler may only bowl on one team. There are no re-entries.
2. Open to all USBC bowlers certified through Monmouth County USBC.
3. This is a scratch tournament.
4. All team members must bowl in the same bowling center. Each individual must have bowled 21 games in one league in that center by March 8, 2026, or games bowled in a 2025 summer league.
5. A league standing sheet must be submitted with this application. Failure to do so will cause the application to be considered incomplete and will not be processed until a standing sheet is submitted. Any bowler not verified by this procedure will be disqualified. If a bowler’s eligibility is from a summer league, a copy from Bowl.com’s "Find a Member" will be acceptable. Online entries should email the tournament manager a PDF of the standing sheets.
6. Captains must check in 45 minutes prior to bowling. Captains will draw for lane assignments. Any substitutes entered at this time will require a USBC card and league standing sheet for verification.
7. Winners will be paid immediately after the tournament. Failure to provide proof of eligibility will result in disqualification.
8. Entry fee will be $250.00 per team. Prize ratio will be at least 1 in 10.
9. The first 34 entries received with full entry fee, completed entry form, and league standing sheet with all bowlers listed will get a slot in the 11:00 AM squad. All additional entries will be added to a waiting list.
