Monmouth County USBC Bowling Association Donates $1653.00 to the Vets

During the 2010-2011 bowling season, Monmouth County USBC Bowling Association Officials, asked bowlers in each of the eight county tournaments to be generous and donate $1.00 for the Bowlers to Veterans Link (BVL). The BVL is a small office in Virginia that coordinates the donations of all bowling associations and funnels the donations to the veterans and troops by sponsoring entertainment and supplying bowling equipment. Monmouth County Bowlers contributed $1945 last year, and were awarded back $1653 to give to the charity of their choice, The New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home at Menlo Park in Edison.
